I believe in taking a gentle, compassionate, and empathetic approach as we collaborate to navigate difficult thoughts and emotions. Our work together is directed by you as I guide you through healing the relationship between your mind, body, and spirit. We will work together to to rewrite your stories in a warm and safe environment where you are understood, accepted, and heard. Together we'll create self-directed goals that will empower you to heal the imbalances that prevent you from experiencing peace and fulfillment.

My therapy style is eclectic, borrowing from various healing models instead of a "one size fits all" approach to therapy. I specialize in working with eating disorders, personality disorders, PTSD, and anxiety. I am sex-positive and kink-friendly, and I am knowledgeable about ethical non-monogamy.

I consider it a privilege to be part of your journey, and I honor your courage and vulnerability as you start the healing process. Our work together will enable you to end cycles of emotional suffering and allow for you to experience life in the ways you desire.
