If you're seeking support to manage a mental health condition, make positive changes, process the past, or improve your self-care or relationships I would be honored to assist you. I believe in the inherent worth of each individual regardless of gender, race or ethnicity, sexuality, belief system, or educational or employment status. I believe each individual has strengths that can be used to improve mental health. Whether struggling with mental health, relationship challenges, life transition, healing from trauma, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to do it alone. I work with minors and adults using evidence based practices.
I utilize an approach that prioritizes the client's needs and wants and that is collaborative and personalized. I draw from multiple theories and approaches. I received additional supervision for processing trauma and have experience working with a variety of diagnoses and life situations.
Life can take a toll on even the most resilient individual and often we are impacted by circumstances outside our control.
