I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Every brain and story is different. Together we tailor tools and support that actually fit you.
I offer a safe, affirming, and judgment-free space for LGBTQ+ individuals and couples. I provide kink-affirming, polyamory-affirming, and sex-positive therapy.
Many of my clients are exploring their identity, ADHD, and "adulting," as well as adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship changes, separation, or divorce. I offer warm, direct therapy focused on regulation, intimacy, and healing from trauma (i.e. childhood, relational, etc.)
