I offer psychotherapy to preteens through adults and specialize in anxiety, trauma recovery, emotional regulation, addiction and women's issues. Additionally, I provide education, consultation and trauma response services to community members. It is my privilege to serve individuals from diverse backgrounds; I am a LGBTQ+ affirming and antiracist therapist.
A lifelong learner, I strive to provide integrated evidence-supported care to clients while honoring their unique identities and values.
