Hello! I was born and raised in Northern Utah, I have dedicated my academic and professional career to supporting children and youth. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Utah State University in Human Development and Family Studies, with an emphasis in Child Development. While completing my undergraduate studies, I worked in the Children's Center at a sexual assault and rape recovery center—a pivotal experience that sparked my passion for trauma-informed care.
Following graduation, I spent three years teaching preschool while simultaneously pursuing and completing my Master’s in Social Work (MSW). Today, I combine my background in early childhood education with clinical social work to advocate for and support youth navigating trauma.
When I’m not working, I love reading, watching movies, playing music, traveling, and spending quality time with my family and friends.
