I understand what it feels like to feel lost and alone in the world with your struggles. I approach my therapy sessions as being a guide to your own healing. I believe we are all capable of healing ourselves by tapping into resources just beneath the surface. I assist in helping you find your strength to living a happy and productive life.

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I have experience with high acuity - treating suicidal thoughts and self harm. I am often seeking new ways to grow and develop my skill set in order to best help you achieve your goals.

I am a true believer that our past is present. I find beauty in making connections to how our history affects our daily life. It is no longer "What is wrong with me" and is now about "What happened to me"? This mindset will magically assist the healing process when we know the origins of our current emotions and thoughts.

Women's Trauma Group (Ages 20-40)

This group will last for 75 minutes twice per month on Tuesday Evenings. The group will meet virtually and is meant to offer a safe and supportive environment for women suffering from complex trauma. The group will also provide education around appropriate skills for managing intense emotions, tips and tricks for dealing with unhealthy relationships, and most importantly allowing participants to no longer feel alone in their struggles. Limited to KY and IN residents only. $25 per session.
