I believe effective therapy starts with a connection between the counselor and client. I strive to create a safe place to face even the tallest of mountains. I utilize talk therapy and action-based approaches that balance all aspects of self when walking on the journey of growth. I have experience working with children, adolescents, teenagers, college students, families, and adults.
