Welcome! Taking the first step towards healing is scary. I believe effective therapy starts with a connection between the counselor and client. I offer virtual sessions and I strive to create a safe place to face even the tallest of mountains. I accept clients with diversified concerns and life challenges, and have a passion for working with anxiety, OCD, and career related concerns. I utilize talk therapy and action-based approaches that balance all aspects of self when walking on the journey of growth. I have experience working with children, adolescents, teenagers, college students, families, and adults.
