My approach combines clinical expertise with a warm, genuine presence, offering a space where clients can slow down, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Together, we work to uncover the underlying patterns that keep people feeling stuck and build a stronger sense of connection to themselves and others. I recently relocated my practice to Madison, Connecticut, where I offer individualized therapy.
I specialize in trauma therapy for people who feel overwhelmed, anxious, and stuck in patterns that keep repeating, even when they are doing their best to move forward. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, and relationship challenges. In our work together, we focus on helping you feel more grounded, more in control.
