I am a licensed mental health counselor who works primarily with children, adolescents, and adults, and has specialties in LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent individuals, and athletes/performers. Together with these populations, I engage closely with a variety of topics, including depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, identity development, and family/relationship issues. I am also a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC), specializing in mental skills training and performance enhancement for athletes, teams, and other performers (e.g., musicians, actors) across high school, college, and professional levels.
I consider my therapy style to be person-centered, culturally informed, and trauma informed, and I frequently draw from narrative, psychodynamic, attachment, and systems-oriented approaches in my practice. Our lives are complex and unique, so I strongly believe in meeting clients where they are and tailoring therapy to each person’s needs.
