I blend trauma-informed care, CBT, and motivational interviewing with humor and directness, because connection matters as much as technique. Much of my approach is grounded in my own experience living with chronic illness.
In my experience, therapy can be scary and intimidating. My job is to support people in building courage and strength to support people in reaching their goals. A goal could be finding ways to make it easier to talk with people or to say "no."
