My training is in interpersonal neurobiology, narrative therapy, and coherence therapy, specializing in trauma, grief/loss, and anxiety with LGBTQ+ clients and highly sensitive people.
I offer individual therapy, couples therapy, and indiv./group clinical supervision. I've been in the mental health field since 2007. I'm also an adjunct professor at PSU.
I believe deeply in the healing power of human connection and understanding. I bring myself fully to this work and invite my clients to be their full selves as well, no matter how messy or complicated.
