I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and have been working primarily in schools for 20 years. As a counselor, I will integrate all I have learned to help clients cope with stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief. It’s my belief that we can heal when we befriend our bodies and learn to make connections between our thinking mind, emotions, and physical self.
Through talk therapy, mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and creative expression, we can remember who we are and feel empowered to make the changes we seek. Through our relationship, I will work to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to explore and grow your resiliency to life’s challenges.
I specialize in working with young adults and those in the healing professions who may be experiencing compassion fatigue and burnout. I also specialize in post-partum and women’s issues. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and am dedicated to being a constant learner about all the various cultures I experience.
