I am an LCSW, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and queer, anxious, ADHD-er, supporting clients since 2022. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or in need of support in this season of life, having a space where you can feel seen and heard can make all the difference. I work with folks with life transitions, relationship issues (including ENM), and specialize in treating difficulties informed by neurodivergence. Your goals and autonomy are always at the forefront of therapy. My approach to therapy is relaxed and collaborative, while also helping you gently challenge patterns that no longer serve you.
In session, we start with building a trusting relationship and work toward exploring what’s holding you back, including building insight, coping skills, boundaries, and helping you move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust. I integrate trauma-informed, evidence-based practices to support meaningful, lasting change.
