I work with a variety of clients, and I seek to create a personalized approach to meet each of their needs. I believe that my clients can experience profound and lasting change in their lives, and I empower them to implement that change. I believe in a person's inherent ability to heal, grow, and move towards positive change. I approach my clients with compassion and respect for their unique perspectives and life experiences. I have many years of experience helping people heal their relationships with their bodies, working with eating concerns, body image, and trauma. I see individuals and couples, and work with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and life changes. As an LGBTQ ally, I welcome clients of all sexual orientations and gender identities.
I work with many presenting problems, but believe that my clients are people first, not diagnoses. I value and respect my clients and their experiences. I provide professional, ethical, and personalized therapy.
