My hope is to create a safe, non-judgmental, and comfortable space for individuals that come to my office or meet with me over telehealth. I specialize in working with people affected by trauma, depression, anxiety, phobias, relationships concerns, panic, shame, and issues related to self-worth. I welcome clients from all walks of life (ethnicity, race, religion, gender identity, and sexual orientation). My approach focuses on exploring individual strengths and challenges with sensitivity, compassion, and curiosity. I believe that you are the expert on your life and needs.
My specialty areas include mindfulness and a holistic, relational approach to healing. I am also certified and hold advanced trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and AIR-Network, which is a feminist, neuro-developmental informed, competency-based model focused on helping clients heal from complex trauma.
Through my own journey, personally and professionally, I've learned the importance of compassion, humor, and connection in healing. I am also a wife and a mom, both which give me a great deal of empathy for the challenges of parenting and balancing life and relationships.
