I'm passionate about providing a space where people can feel respected, supported, and have access to the mental health care they desire and deserve. I enjoy working with queer and/or neurodivergent young adults sorting through complex feelings. I aim to provide a non-judgmental space for people to connect with themselves in ways they never have before.
I use a combination of therapeutic approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic-based therapies. I prioritize building trust and enjoy using humor with clients!
