Navigating life's transitions can be difficult, especially on our own. Gaining awareness into how we relate to others, ourselves, and the world around us, can be life altering. Where there has been unwanted and unexpected change, pain, and loss, there is space for growth and redemption. Allowing yourself permission to explore your life experience is challenging and ultimately freeing. In the counseling relationship, the foundation for healing is fostered through a safe, empathic, and shame-free environment; being met exactly as you are, where you are. Together we can find healthy and effective ways to cope and thrive.
I would be honored to work with you to help implement effective change within yourself as well as within your world. Through the counseling relationship we can acknowledge and explore past and current narratives shaping your worldview. While I pull from many different modalities, I mainly use a blend of person-centered, Internal Family Systems, CBT and ACT.
It takes courage to acknowledge a desire for change, using your voice to advocate for yourself, and reaching out for support. Therapy is not one-therapist-fits-all. I believe strongly in working together to determine if we are the best fit for one another. I offer free 15-20 minute consultation calls for us to help determine your next steps.
