I do not have a one sized fits all approach as I believe that therapy needs to be tailored to a person’s specific needs and goals. I have been trained in an wide range of treatment approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, and somatic therapy. My approach is holistic, compassionate, and client-driven.
