I offer clinical supervision, case consultation, and private practice coaching for therapists & group practice owners. Whether you’re working toward licensure, growing your practice, or just trying to figure out how to stay in this field without burning out, I can help you develop clarity, confidence, and a more sustainable way forward.
I bring almost two decades of experience in a variety of mental health settings, perinatal and reproductive mental health, anxiety, trauma, and neurodivergence.
