Our practice specializes in perinatal mental health (pre-conception through postpartum, adoption, infertility), trauma, stress, anxiety, and OCD; but sees teens, individuals, and couples with a variety of concerns. New Parent Support Group - Starting February 7!
Being a new parent is super hard! And there is no reason to do it alone. Jeni is leading this group where we will talk about the transition to parenthood, returning to work or not, taking care of yourself, and taking care of your relationship. Jeni is a parent, so she knows this shit is tough! Let's take some time to come together to show support, give support, learn a little, laugh some, and be awesome. This is a closed group, meaning all sessions are to be attended from start to finish. Babes in arms are welcome!
