My client's are usually those who are already spending time reflecting on their life and want to understand themselves more deeply. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and insightful, but feel stuck in patterns they cannot quite untangle on their own. They may be facing relentless anxiety, intrusive thoughts and compulsions, grief, depression, major life transitions, or challenges related to neurodivergence. Often they are asking deeper questions about identity, values, and direction and want a space to explore those “why” questions and make meaningful changes with a therapist who gets them.
My work is grounded in humanistic and existential therapy. I help clients explore the deeper questions of identity, values, and meaning while also building practical tools for change. Depending on your needs, I may integrate techniques from ACT, CBT, DBT, and ERP, among others. Together we can work to better understand the issues and reach your goals.
