I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) under supervision while working towards my Mental Health (MH) credentials. I have experience walking with individuals managing long-term mental health conditions, substance use issues, life transitions, trauma, loss/grief, communication concerns, self-harm, & relationship concerns.
