I use an eclectic approach of methods of cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and acceptance & commitment therapies. I believe that being human comes first, and I try to be as authentically me as I can. I strive to build a trusting therapeutic relationship to lay the groundwork for learning and using concrete skills to begin making changes.
