I have been working with clients since 2018, and I have a passion to prove that Everyone has mental health, and if a person doesn't believe this, then they are missing out on the ability to have agency over their life. The goal is not happiness, but the implementation of balance with more realistic interpretations of life.
I have worked with adults, kids, families, and couples that have struggled with: coping skills, triggers, family/couple's complexities, trauma's/abuse, anxiety/depression, self care/love, ADHD/ ADD, communication issues, setting boundaries, sexual identity, sexual issues, health issues, self harm, suicidal thoughts, behavioral problems, and some addictions.
I love to sit down with my clients and help them gain the tools they need to have a more successful life. Anything in life can be a challenge, but having knowledge of healthy ways through those challenges is key.
