I want to help you to see yourself and the world with more hope and clarity. I have always felt passionate about this work. I love witnessing and facilitating self-growth and empowerment. My goal is always to facilitate insight so that the client can create the lasting change in their life that they wish to see. With the right environment, we would all thrive.
I can offer real understanding. It can feel entirely new to be truly seen and heard. I am excellent at pattern recognition and creative problem solving. I have years of experience in multiple mental health settings that have lent me wisdom beyond what one might expect. I believe I can offer a unique and transformative perspective and experience in therapy.
