I am a licensed mental health counselor who works with clients 16 and older in both Colorado and Iowa. Through my experience in various clinical settings, I have found a passion working with perinatal mental health and supporting women and families throughout their journeys around parenthood. I have a special interest in supporting clients navigating infertility or fertility treatment, the loss of a baby or pregnancy, stillbirth, being child-free not by choice, or those coming to parenthood in a different way than they expected as they navigate these unique grief experiences.
Additionally, I support clients are attempting to conceive, currently pregnant or postpartum, navigating birth/NICU-related trauma, and struggling with perinatal OCD, anxiety, and depression. While I primarily work with birthing and non-birthing parents individually, I also offer postpartum planning sessions for couples preparing to bring their baby home.
Outside of the perinatal period I enjoy working with late teens and adults struggling with eating disorders/disordered eating, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal concerns.
