Psychotherapist Francis Weller says that "Grief and Love are sisters". As a clinician, I believe that painful emotions, when transformed, can become a rich soil from which life can grow. My goal is to hold a safe container for clients to explore the questions that live in their minds and bodies, and help them connect to their hearts as they find those answers. I am passionate about working with trauma survivors, individuals navigating anxiety and depression, and couples struggling to communicate. I seek to honour each client's deeply personal experience, as well as their roles within their communities.
Drawing from Person-centered Therapy, parts work, Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioural Therapies (CBT, DBT), logotherapy, depth psychology, Nonviolent Communication, mindfulness/heartfulness, and somatic practices, I help clients make meaning out of their experiences, connect to the wisdom of the body, and access the wholeness that is already within them.
French-born, multiculturally-raised, and having travelled extensively, I'm sensitive to the ways that culture, gender and social systems impact well-being. As a spiritual person, I recognize multidimensionality and paradox, seeking to understand all the different parts that make up a whole human being. It would be an honour to hold space for you!
