Emilie specializes in treating complex trauma and PTSD, anxiety and stress, panic attacks, dissociation, self-esteem and identity development, and personal growth. Emilie works with individuals of many backgrounds, identities, and economic classes with sensitivity and respect. Emilie views her role as that of a knowledgeable collaborator, working with her clients to combine her expertise with their own wisdom to provide completely individualized therapy.

In addition to conventional therapeutic methods, Emilie is trained in research-supported mindfulness therapies including breathwork, yoga, meditation, and Somatic Experiencing. She teaches about the role of the Autonomic Nervous System as it relates to mental health and helps clients make sense of their experiences from an integrated a holistic perspective.
