Each client’s story is valued and heard with safety and without judgement. Sessions don’t have to be limited to talking and processing but also can be about humor, games, art and silence. Most of my experience is in trauma informed care though I can also assist with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, attachment, PTSD, ADHD and Autism, self esteem, communication and conflict.
