I work with individuals navigating trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, and a range of other mental health concerns and I deeply respect the courage it takes to reach out.
My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Together, we’ll learn how to make space for difficult thoughts and emotions while moving toward the life you want to live. Rather than trying to “fix” or eliminate pain, we focus on changing your relationship with it so it no longer runs the show.
I bring warmth, empathy, positive energy, and sometimes humor into the therapy room because I believe healing happens through genuine connection. Our work will be collaborative, active, and grounded in compassion. I’ll gently challenge you when it’s helpful, celebrate your growth, and support you through the hard parts.
