Now accepting clients for telehealth from anywhere in Ohio, and in-person in my Wilmington, Ohio office! I see clients ages 16 and up. I enjoy working with young adults and women on issues related to trauma, grief, self-esteem, self-harm, depression, anxiety, and other concerns. I have additional experience and training in neurodivergence and perinatal mental health, from pre-conception through parenthood. First and foremost, my approach is person-centered, meaning I strive to create a trusting therapeutic relationship tailored to your specific needs.
I draw upon several therapeutic approaches in my work, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), neurodivergent-affirming Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), yoga/movement and breathwork, and self-compassion.
If you respond best to an environment of unconditional acceptance, honesty, and a little bit of humor (because therapy can be fun, too!), you're in the right place. Reach out to schedule your first appointment!
