I work with adults and teens, and I generally work well with clients focusing on women's mental health and wellness, maternal and perinatal care (pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, and more), grief and loss, trauma, chronic and terminal illness (including invisible disabilities), and medical trauma. I also have experience working from an affirming lens with neurodivergence, gender, sexuality, and identity exploration, strained family relationships, and highly sensitive people or those who tend to experience strong emotions.
I’m here to support you and cheer you on as you show up for yourself. I love incorporating humor into my work and I believe that finding laughter in the otherwise dark and challenging parts of life can be healing. I use a variety of evidence-based techniques while meeting you where you are with humanity and compassion in order to help you heal and grow.
