About
My schedule is currently open to clients. I completed my studies at the Grace Abbott School of Social Work at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. I am bilingual and speak English and Spanish. I have the greatest experience in my areas of focus, which are self-esteem, gender, trauma both complex and acute, interpersonal conflicts, depression, anxiety, racial & ethnic topics, disabilities, and immigration concerns. I am most ardently passionate about topics relating to gender and sexuality as both a professional and a member of transgender and queer communities myself.
My professional history has centered on working with clients of diverse backgrounds. I take pride in providing culturally affirmative care for all clients. I favor a modality which integrates aspects of dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, and a key focus on intersectionality.
If you or a loved one feel I am a good match for your needs, please give me a call or reach out to me via email! I am happy to be provided with the opportunity to face challenges alongside you and help you with your personal growth and help you on your path to healing.
