I believe therapy is the process of uncovering who you were meant to be before the world told you who you should be or wounded you with its expectations and cruelty.

I offer trauma-informed, liberation-centered, and culturally responsive care, paying close attention to the marginalized identities you experience. I work with individuals deconstructing oppressive ideology, processing trauma or abuse, facing experiences of grief, whether acute or ambiguous, living with neurodivergence, and folks in the LGBTQIA+ community.

The realities of pain, suffering, and grief are universal human experiences that need to be tended to with compassion and acceptance. The exploration of these areas within a safe, trustworthy therapeutic relationship can bring about psychological integration and emotional well-being.
