I specialize in supporting clients who may be exploring psychedelics for healing and personal growth, as well as those interested in meditation and spirituality.
The tools I incorporate in my work, involve mindfulness meditation, guided imagery and therapeutic writing. I also use techniques derived from internal family systems, transpersonal therapy and somatic processing. For clients who may be exploring psychedelics, I can also provide psychedelic integration sessions, to process experiences of expanded awareness.

Groups
Psychedelic Education and Integration Group
The goal of this monthly group is to increase awareness, support positive change, and provide a safe, holding environment for anyone who is curious about, or who has had experiences with psychedelics. Each session will consist of an educational component and time for discussion and questions. The participants will also have the opportunity to share any insights or challenges, and learn more about the effects of psychedelics.
