I am Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia offering in-person and virtual therapy appointments. My hope in offering therapeutic services is to assist children, teens, and their families on their path of healing. Therapy is taking a step towards better understanding yourself and finding ways to meet your goals with this new understanding. This personal journey of therapy is a challenging but rewarding process.
I specialize in trauma, eating disorders, and child/adolescent therapy. I utilize expressive play techniques including sand tray and mindful movement. I also help with positive parental coaching using the love and logic model. I have certificates as a TF-CBT and CCTP Therapist.
