I work with adult and teenage clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, stress, low self-esteem, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, gain insight into their thoughts and behaviors, and develop healthier coping strategies. Through evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual’s needs, I help clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, process difficult experiences, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
I specialize in helping individuals process unresolved experiences, develop healthier coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and build stronger relationships with themselves and others. Using multiple therapeutic approaches, I provide a supportive environment where clients can gain insight and develop practical tools for managing life’s challenges.
