I work with people across the lifespan who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. Many adults come to therapy when they notice anxiety, self-doubt, emotional exhaustion, or patterns that feel hard to shift on their own. Children often come to therapy when emotions feel big, confusing, or hard to express, or when challenges at school, at home, or with peers begin to impact their wellbeing. Therapy can offer space to slow down, make sense of what you're carrying, and build greater clarity, resilience, and connection to yourself.
I believe many of the ways we understand ourselves, relate to others, and respond to life are shaped by early experiences. With adults, I explore how past experiences may influence current emotions, relationships, and sense of self. With children, I use play-based, developmentally appropriate approaches to support emotional expression and processing.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, whether you're reaching out for yourself or your child. You don't have to have everything figured out before taking that first step. My goal is to offer a warm, collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as we work together toward meaningful change.
