I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 5 years of experience. I work with a diverse population of clients and am passionate about working with young adults, individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in relationships and am particularly passionate about supporting women. I work with those experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and recovering from various forms of trauma.
I completed my Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Ohio University and my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at The University of Akron. I use multiple treatment approaches tailored to each unique client, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), and more.
