I use a wide range of techniques, including talk therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and EMDR, tailored to your needs to facilitate your growth.
I focus on healing through compassion and understanding, combined with evidence-based practices to make the most of the therapy session. I have been trained in IFS and EMDR.. My specialties include trauma and PTSD, depression, life transitions, chronic pain and illnesses, anxiety, grief/loss.
Healing Concepts, LLC is Chester County's Oncology and Grief and Loss experts. I am part of a team of therapists who understands grief and loss of all kinds.
