I am a LPCC at Chestnut Park Professionals. My experience working with children and adolescents includes those with behavioral concerns, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, familial concerns, self harm and suicidal ideation, grief, crisis, and distress. Since entering private practice I have experience working with adults regarding parenting, life adjustments, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, grief, OCD, and crisis. I work with adolescents and adults.
I am an understanding and caring therapist who uses several approaches and techniques depending on the client, their preferences, and their personal goals. These approaches include accelerated resolution therapy, solution focused brief therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and others.
Each session with a client is based on their needs. Sessions are built around the client's goals and how they can achieve those. I am honored to be a therapist and work with those who take a chance.
