I am psychotherapist in private practice in Wellesley, MA, accepting new clients at this time (in person or telehealth). If you are struggling with a life transition or find that your anxiety/depression gets in the way of you having the life that you want, I would be happy to help you work toward feeling better. Currently, my work is focusing on anxiety and depressive disorders, life transitions, stress management, health concerns, food allergy parenting, adults, young adults, as well as college students. Please feel free to reach out. I'm happy to discuss if I am the right fit via free phone/telehealth consultation.
My approach can be described as kind, caring, and nonjudgmental. I weave in cognitive-behavioral skills and mindfulness techniques into my practice, while focusing on building trusting supportive relationships with my clients. I help my clients identify cognitive distortions and make behavioral changes to improve their lives.
Please feel free to reach out to schedule a free phone consultation. Please note that I do not take insurance, but I help my clients submit receipts for out of network benefits, so they can be reimbursed a percentage of the cost of therapy. I'm also happy to discuss ways to make therapy affordable to you.
