I provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families seeking counseling services in Winder, Georgia, and surrounding areas to navigate their issues in a nonjudgmental, accepting, and genuine way through active listening, supportive feedback, and an open mind. My approach to therapy is to assist individuals to gain an in-depth understanding of the pitfalls that deter their growth as they navigate through life.
My passion is to help restore the family to its rightful place as the bedrock of society by building strong marriages, families, and individuals. I assist adults and teens with anxiety, depression, coping skills, self-esteem, mood and emotional regulation, and other issues.
I provide (Mental Health) depression, anxiety, marriage, and pre-wed counseling to couples dealing with premarital issues, relationship distress, communication problems, affair or divorce recovery, and family issues.
