My work is focused on slowing down to listen to and value your experience, your emotions, your somatic responses. I am a guide on your journey of healing helping you learn to listen to the inner wisdom and intuition within yourself rather than external expectations. Many of us did not grow up learning how to listen to our physical symptoms & emotions or learn that the messages they hold are there to help us. When stress, trauma, & emotions are left without care they become stuck energy in our bodies. We will focus on building safety to come into contact with those places. My goal is empowerment to listen to and trust yourself.

I am trained in IFS, integrative somatic parts work, sensorimotor art therapy, and narrative focused trauma care. My approach is rooted in listening to your body & empowering you to listen to yourself. Religious trauma, purity culture, body shame, relationship to food, empowerment & intuitive healing are areas I focus on.
As we find a sense of grounded authenticity, home, & flow within you we will cultivate a posture of permission to rest & live empowered rather than making choices and decisions based on the external world around you. This is slow, kind, curious, & compassionate work. Our rhythm will be weekly or sometimes twice weekly if desired.
