Your well-being is our top priority, our approach is holistic as we use a range of highly effective mind-body-based treatments, such as DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), EFT Tapping, and Somatic Experiencing. We also collaborate with other holistic providers to ensure that your needs are met.
