As a resilient survivor of decades of trauma, I am passionate about serving children, adolescence, adults, and their families to promote healing from physical, emotional, sexual, intergenerational, and racial traumas. With 19 years serving populations with varying neurodiversities (ADHD, ASD, developmental delays), mental health struggles, and marginalized communities with complex traumas (e.g., substance abuse, domestic violence, sexual trauma, oppression), I am dedicated to empowering others to access their most authentic selves and journeying alongside people as they create a purposeful life that is meaningful for them.
Love is a core value that I live by every day as a mother, wife, and collectivist healer. I love helping clients to explore generational patterns to allow for them to build dreamed legacies in their family trees. I help high conflict couples with histories of infidelity, domestic violence, addictions, cultural differences to build healthier relationships.
I embody such gratitude in my lived experiences as a second generation Filipina-American, fellow trauma warrior, bold activist for survivors, recovering addict, and sobriety advocate as it has led me to my purpose in helping others on their healing journey. Groups
Healing Circle for Survivors of Sexual Trauma
I hold 14 week groups for up to 7 female survivors. We explore how our past trauma impacts the different areas of our life (e.g., emotional regulation, body sensations, sense of safety, family dynamics, friendships, relationships, sexual intimacy). We write our stories, share our lived experiences, and begin to shift the narrative to empower our path towards healing. This is a collective space where we engage in somatic movement, dance, art, writing, and authentic sharing. Together we allow ourselves to reimagine and build a life with our chosen family, supportive tribes, stronger boundaries, and pleasure/joy in our bodies.
