As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my experience includes working with trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, work-life balance, racial trauma, identity, boundaries, and assertive communication. I’ve worked with individuals across various age groups, from children to older adults, both in outpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP), partial hospitalization (PHP), and inpatient hospital settings.
My approach is nonjudgmental, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and collaborative. My approach to therapy is eclectic, meaning I tailor sessions to meet your unique needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all model. I draw from a range of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy.
