My approach is radically affirming, trauma-informed, and deeply rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t have to look like constant self-optimization. Sometimes it looks like learning to rest. Sometimes it looks like rediscovering joy. Sometimes it’s just finding one place where you don’t have to perform.
