I know each person has strength inside of them and I am here to guide you in creating the life you have been striving for! My approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and a sprinkle of humor- because healing doesn't have to be all serious. I work well with both adults and teens with OCD, trauma, and anxiety related symptoms. Together we will explore new and different avenues. I will guide you in evidence-based approaches, developing skills and empowering you as an individual.
In our sessions, you will find a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings, with plenty of support. Together, we will tackle the complexities of OCD and trauma. To address your concerns, I use approaches which include: DBT, CBT, ERP, EMDR, ACT, and Mindfulness. Every approach I utilize is strengths based and client focused.
