Singles Process Group (Fall 2023)

Enrollment is now open for Fall 2023! Togetherness Therapy offers a therapy group for single adults who are working towards obtaining and/or maintaining healthy romantic relationships. The group will focus on confidence, flirting, tips for online dating, managing anxiety, finding patterns in your dating style, and more. Groups like these are highly beneficial as members often gain insight into their own setbacks through their interactions and find support and likeness with their peers. Groups will be held every Tuesday at 6 PM, starting September 26th. RSVP by September 22nd, email me for the sign-up link!
